Creative Clarity Coach & Facilitator

My work has always lived somewhere between design and people. Learning experiences, leadership programmes, team culture, teaching. I co-created The Empathy Game to facilitate deeper human connection. I co-founded a co-working space where kindness meets business.

The common thread is creating and holding space for authentic connection between people. That's what I'm doing here too. I bring my experience in team dynamics and human connection to make sure you feel seen as you are.

Photography has been part of my life since my dad put a film camera in my hands as a kid. He taught me that connection with your subject is the secret to good photography.

I've spent nearly two decades working as a photographer and creative director in Washington DC, across borders, and now based in Amsterdam. My work has always been about finding the story hiding in plain sight and making it visible.

What I bring to a shoot isn't just technical skill. It's genuine curiosity about people. I've always had a gift for making whoever is in front of my camera feel at ease, not by directing them into a pose, but by actually being interested in them. That's where the good photos come from.

This project is a natural home for everything I do. Photography, yes. But also the part that's always mattered most, humanity.
